Investigative journalism and public interest: professional experiences in the process of social construction of reality
Description:
This project studies journalistic processes and products that result in analytic models and methodological tools for the field of studies in journalism. From the theories of journalism, the research intends to understand the criteria of “news worthiness” that govern the production of information in investigative journalism compared to everyday factual coverage to describe the best journalistic practices and examine the representations on public interest by the journalist community.
